Acuwellness is a widely utilized ear acupuncture therapy shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, reduce substance cravings, and more. In use since for over 40 years, Acuwellness uses very thin, sterile, single-use acupuncture needles placed in five locations on the ear just beneath the skin.

Acuwellness training is delivered and closely supervised by Jasmine Aranda, LPC, LAC, LAT, TTS, AAT, ADS, an exceptionally experienced clinician.
