About Our Health & Wellness Program
The Foundry Wellness Program takes the mind, body, spirit approach to recovery. The Wellness program arches over many things from activities, mindfulness, nutrition, exercise and experiences, with the intention of helping you discover, or rediscover, your interests and sense of self. Our goal is to equip you with the tools to create a fulfilling and strong recovery. In addition to group fitness, yoga, meditation and experientials, you will meet individually with one of our Wellness Staff to help you set Health, Fitness, Nutrition and Life Goals. These Life Coaching sessions will be individual to you and will focus on the wellness areas and goals you are most interested in. Together with your Coach you will develop an individualized Wellness Plan to take with you for your early recovery.
